A PIL (NO. 37 of 2010) is filed in the Bombay High Court for the purpose of regulating illegal banners and hoardings in the Mumbai, in particularly of our beloved politicians. This issue has time and again brought before the court, however not with much success. In this PIL, among the various public authorities like the BMC & Police, the MPs & MLAs and other Politicians are made Respondents. They are - Ashok Jadhav, M.L.A., Krishna Hegade, M.L.A., Bala Nandgaokar, M.L.A., Gopal Shetty. M.L.A., Ashish Shellar (Municipal Councillor), Jayanti Siroya (Municipal Councillor), Kripashankar Singh, President of Mumbai pradesh Congress Committee, Uddhav Thackeray, Executive President of Shiv Sena, Raj Thackeray, President of MNS, Madhukar Pichad, President of Maharashtra NCP. The matter is adjudged as PIL by the Court and will shortly come for preliamnary hearing before Chief justice of Bombay High Court Justice Anil Dave.

A PIL (No. 3 of 2010) is filed before Bombay High Court so as to expose Swamiji, tantrik and mantrik who in the garb of their spiritual robe, claims to cure acute ailments by mantra or by so called precious stones; expose the tenets of astrology and vastu shastra, with the sole objective of sweeping superstitions that has took home in the minds of masses. By this PIL, the endeavour is made to fix responsibility on the respective State govts and also on Central Govt so as to check and curb the widespread superstitions prevailing among the masses. In this PIL also, besides the Public Authorities, State & central Govt, various Babas & astrologers are made Respondents.
